Choose 'Subject Search' search feature (on left sidebar) and search by parent company name. Look for about this company.

Histories

Enter company name and check Company box from the 'Search Within' area; choose "Hoover's Company Records-In-Depth Records".

 

Financial Information
For SEC filings enter company name in 'Enter Search Terms' box and then click on 'SEC Filings' in 'Search Within' area.  For other financials enter company name and click on Company box. Look for Standard & Poor's Company Descriptions.

Arranged by SIC code, this reports 14 ratios for more than 800 SIC categories. Includes balance sheets and income statement ratios based on a sample of Dun & Bradstreet credit reports. Coverage includes previous year.
Great source for wide range of ratios; click on 'Ratios' button on left side of screen. Enter company name or symbol involved in an industry.

 

 

Market Share/Rankings

Market Share Reporter

Collects market share data published in journals, magazines and newspapers. Find your industry by either SIC code or the 'Table of Topics' in front of each volume, or by company, brand, or products using the indexes at the back of each volume.
Try a keyword search for "market share" combined with the product, service, brand, or company name. Most of the articles are available in full text.
Researching industries in Massachusetts? The Boston Globe's list of the top 100 companies based on financial performance including revenue and return on equity. Also rankings by stock price, dividend, profit, loss, employment, sales and more.

Brief analysis by a leading stock investment publication. Use blue binder to locate page for company information.
Choose 'Subject Guide' search feature (on left sidebar) and search by parent company name. Look for about this company. On company profile page look for link to 'Investment reports about this company' at lower right.
 Enter company name in 'Enter Search Terms' box, then click on Company. On results page click on 'Company Analysts Reports' on left side menu.
