One of the newest additions to the Nichols College campus, South Hall was built the summer of 2007 and sits between near Kuppenheimer and Olsen Halls, across from Shamie Hall.

Center Hall is a single story, single sex building with common area bathrooms, lounges and laundry. Students live in double rooms and one designed triple with phone, cable and HVAC. The building also has card access entry as the campus is transitioning to card access in all the residential facilities.
