Named in honor of Herluf V. Olsen, a former member of the Board of Trustees, this residence hall houses 69 students, a Resident Director apartment and a lounge. Olsen is in the process of undergoing the first phase of a two phase renovation process.

Phase one includes new windows, roof, doors, locks, furniture and a full renovation of the restrooms.

Phase two will complete the process with a new facade, new flooring and HVAC for individual rooms as well as a few changes to some existing rooms.
