Accessing Your Nichols College Email Account

All students are assigned a college email address. This is the email address the college will use to send you important correspondence, so please check your Nichols email account regularly! Also, any email communication to an instructor or staff member must be via your Nichols email address as well. For security reasons the faculty and staff will only be able to provide you confidential information about your status at the college through your Nichols email address. This is for your protection!

To access your Nichols email, click on EMAIL link at the top of the college web site (http://www.nichols.edu).

Enter your User Name and Password, click "OK"

FOR NEW USERS:

The following is your initial default password. For your protection, you should change your password under the OPTIONS portion of the Nichols Email.

#fmlMMDDYYYY

The password begins with the # symbol. "fml" is the first/middle/last initials of the person's name. "MMDDYYYY" is the person's date of birth in month/day/year format (including zeros; i.e. "06072006").

PLEASE NOTE: Your UserName/UserID and Password are the same for your Nichols Email, WebAdvisor, and WebCt. When you change your password in your Nichols Email account, it will change for WebAdvisor and WebCt as well. Therefore, if you have previously changed your password, you must use that password, not the initial default password.
