U.S. Post Office Window Hours 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Mon. - Frid.

The U.S. Post Office on Nichols campus is conveniently located in Alumni Hall.

We can do almost everything an off-campus post office can do (except for passports), including: certified, insured, registered and international mail.

Mail for students must be addressed using the following format:

Name of Student
Unit # (his/her Nichols mail box)
Nichols College
P.O. Box 5000
Dudley, MA 01571

Students love to get "care" packages and mail from family and friends! It keeps their spirits up.

If you are sending a package by a carrier (e.g. FedEx) that doesn't accept post box numbers, the street address is 121 Center Road, Dudley, MA  01571. This U.S. Post Office only receives, but cannot send, FedEx packages.

Staff members also leave important messages for students. Therefore, students are expected to pick up their mail at least once a week.

If you want a letter or packaged mailed the same day, please have it to the Post Office by 4:30 p.m. or 12 noon during summer hours.

We do send and receive UPS. UPS rates for packages sent by students and staff are quoted at the window as an online system needs to be referenced for pricing.
